The Reset, Mindful Art Workshops
For the workplace
A gentle pause from daily tasks at work. The Reset Mindful workshops are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply create.
An example is pictured of a workshop for NHS staff at Colchester Hospital in their RHS Garden in the grounds of the hospital.
Staff enjoyed a collaborative mindful painting experience inspired by the RHS garden around them. The canvas was then framed and put up in the hospital with an acrylic frame cover so that it could be cleaned.
❋ StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ FacilitationLed by me, an experienced guide who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive SpaceThese events prioritise comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
